First I would like to have a keyboard which is backlit n easy to operate without any light focussing on it as such.
There is no way of adding 30sec heating intervals like other MVOs in the market.
After a heating completion all that you see in the power on window is a tin TV yellow dot.
Wont a bigger light like ON will be better?
I bought it seeing the following warranty terms in Amazon site..viz 1 year on product as a whole,5 yrs on Magnetron and 10 yrs on the ceramic lining of the cavity.I liked these terms.
The Panasonic Rep who came for the commissioning of the item Flatly says the warranty is only one year for the product and tried to sell me an Additional warranty for 2 years at roughly 2000p.a with a sweetener that if i select it on the very day there will be a25% discount.
I dont follow who to believe Amazon or Panasonic for these different warranty terms.
But it is still best microwave oven 2023
Easy to operate and simple menu options. Works really good. Insides could have been ceramic rather then open coil. Cleaning of the appliance is challenging.

The product was delivered on time by Amazon safety, while I was also provided with a Open-Box delivery for spot damage verification.
1) The microwave itself is quite spacious inside and occupies a large foot print.
2) Offer Convection+Micro. Due to only one convection heating element, the time taken in grill and convection is much higher.
3) Terrible UI, no numbers or backlit. It's often confusing to enter numbers from icon button as they're not printed. The UI isn't backlit making its operations in the dark irritating.
The product is good but I think service part is lacking which has to be taken care by whirlpool team as i called many times on their call center but no response
